What is the best umbrella to choose?

It depends on your requirement. In general, try to answer the question how your audience will use the umbrella. Our specs mentions if the umbrella is ideal for one person/two person/more than two persons. Based on that select the Umbrella and start to customise.

What colors are available?

We have stocks on most of the standard colors and if you want to match Pantone® color, we can do it for you as well.

What is the order to delivery process?

Customer inquiry, quotation and approval, visual design and approval, sample preparation and approval, invoice and payment, production, shipping & delivery.

Do you charge for visual design and samples?

No, it is free of charge with the standard offering.

For visual designing what should be the file type of the logo that needs to be sent to Rapid Brolly Team?

The file types are .ai /.pdf/eps – as these will ensure that your logo are crisp on the final product.

What type of prints are available?

Screen print and digital prints are the most common types of prints on an umbrella and they are highly recommended to go for as your corporate logo will come out as it is with these prints.

What colours can I choose for my umbrellas?

Any colours. Our team will inform you whether you can go with a close match colour (from our standard stock material) or we have to source the exact colour separately.

What is your order completion lead time?

After sample or visual confirmation, it will be 7-14 working days (with the featured products and standard colours). If we must match the Pantone® colour or if there are high customisation, then the lead time will change. Generally, it will be not more than 30 days.

What is your lead time for delivery?

As we work with production partners across the world, our delivery times vary from 5-10days. We will always use the best options to get your products delivered fast. If you have any specific dates that needs to be fulfilled, please inform our team.

Do you have a minimum order quantity?

No. We support your request as it is.

Can I order blank umbrellas?

Yes, you can. It can be delivered extremely fast.

What are your payment terms?

We collect 100% advance before we start the production. However, we are flexible if you want to send a % upfront with order confirmation and the balance before delivery.
